The learning-by-doing concept is exemplified through the availability of hundreds of reading exercises. These are structured around foundational knowledge in Quranic reading and include a voice recording feature that allows users to compare their pronunciation with that of the correct recitation.

Qiroah offers several notable features:

• Self-Assessment: Through the learning-by-doing approach, users can practice with Qiroah's exercises and directly compare their pronunciation to accurate recitation.
• Comprehensive Learning Materials: A wide range of tahsin materials is available in both text and audio formats, ensuring a comfortable learning experience.
• Information on Tahsin Institutions and Instructors: Recognizing that face-to-face learning (talaqqi) is the most effective method for studying Quranic recitation, Qiroah provides users with contact options for preferred instructors or tahsin institutions.

The application enables users to learn Quranic recitation with qualified qaris and qariahs, as well as nationally certified tahsin instructors, anytime and anywhere. The educational content on Qiroah adheres to the teachings of Imam ‘Ashim Riwayat Hafsh, which is predominantly used by the Muslim community in Indonesia. Additionally, the transliteration presented for each recitation follows national Arabic transliteration guidelines.

Qiroah serves as a supportive tool for Quranic study, without diminishing the importance of in-person learning (talaqqi). It aims to assist as many Muslims as possible in enhancing their Quran reading skills.
